1. Combine ingredients.
2. dough should not be sticky or thick/stiff.
3. sprinkle flour in counter top.
4. hand flatten dough till 1/2 - 3/4" thick.
5. cut dough with donut cutter.
6. start lard in heavy duty pot.
7. melt & heat until bubbles around edge.
8. use donut holes to test - 1 at a time.
9. cook till light brown, rolling over.
10. drain on paper bags w/paper towels on too.
