Mandazi step by step
- Mix flour, iliki,sugar,baking powder.
- Add eggs, milk, water and make a dough that is not too soft..
- Add oil and cover it with a plastic paper bag and leave it in direct sunlight for 30 min- 1hr for it to raise.
- After 1hr place it in your working table and cut your shape..
- Deep fry them for 5 min till golden brown..
- Serve and take with tea, fruit juice and soda..
